The Estates

Goose Valley Sectional Title Scheme:

There are 24 single storey Units and 258 Units in single Blocks of 8 or 10 Units and the accommodation choices are 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, and a few 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms. The Goose Valley Units are built around the second nine of the golf course. Most vary in size between 80m² and 120m², with 4 bedrooms Units at 160m². Turtle Creek Golf Estate:

• The Clubhouse has a restaurant, bar and halfway house, a well-stocked modern Pro Shop, the golf club administration offices, the offices of the Goose Valley Homeowners' Association, the Goose Valley Golf Estate Rentals / Sales and Home Management Office, and a squash court. Golfing lessons can be arranged with the Head Professional. There are two tennis courts next to the club house, and several kiddies' playground areas around the Estate and a large, enclosed swimming pool overlooking the ocean.
• A wooden boardwalk just off the 12 th fairway provides access via a security gate to the Keurbooms River Estuary. This is ideal for riverside walks, fishing, canoeing and boating enthusiasts.
• Security. The Estate's security is superb. Headed by two Security Managers with a well-trained in-house guarding team. Wildlife

The Estate is indigenous and teems with small wildlife such as the small "Grysbok" antelope, angulate and leopard tortoises, mongooses, and birds.
